TWICE’s Momo and Sana Dance Absolutely Adorably on Recent Episode of Radio Show

The pair showed they can hang with the “Gang.”

K-Pop sensation TWICE recently appeared on a radio show on June 2 for the promotion of their latest mini-album MORE & MORE. The nine-member group was a guest on SBS Power FM Choi Hwa Jung’s Power Time, and all nine members present. While they all participated in the show, it was Momo and Sana that captured fans’ hearts with their interpretation of one of the point moves in K-Pop singer Rain’s dance to his song “Gang.”

A fan called into the show as it was still broadcasting to share their thoughts on the pair performing the dance.

I’m excited that TWICE members also seem like they’re doing the “Gang” dance at least once a day, but I’m especially looking forward to dancing machine Momo’s cover dance.

To this, Momo replied, “Oh no, I’ve never really done the dance before…I learned [the dance] because I shared a room with Sana.”

ONCEs loved how space was made for the two to perform their dance so impromptu. It made fans happy to see how girls played off of each other and just goofed off while dancing and to see such and hear the laughter and applause coming from their fellow members. Those who later saw the video of the show were in agreement, and gave many positive comments, ranging from “cute cute” to lines full of “haha’s.” Fans were particularly humored by Sana’s face during one particular part of the dance, later commenting things like “Oh Sana, what’s up with your face? Hahaha.”

“Gang,” the title of the song they danced to, was released by Rain over two years ago. While it wasn’t particularly successful upon its initial release, it has since seen an ironic resurgence with the recent events surrounding racial injustice in the United States. Fans and fellow K-Pop idols alike have taken to performing some of the dance’s point moves, and Momo and Sana showed they are no exception.
