Singer Jimin Park Signs With New Agency And Changes Stage Name To “JAMIE”

Congrats to new beginnings!

Singer Jimin Park who left JYP Entertainment last year, has officially joined with Warner Music Korea to promote under the name JAMIE.

According to Warner Music Korea, “We have officially signed a contract with Jamie. We have highly evaluated her potential and musical ability and will support her all we can in regards to her career as a solo artist.”

She decided to change her stage name to ‘Jamie’ as it was her English name ever since she was young. This change of name will also help her in starting her new journey as a solo artist in a new company.

Jamie was the winner of SBS’s K-Pop Star Season 1 and signed with JYP Entertainment and debuted as 15& with signer Baek Yerin.

In 2015, she released her first solo single Hopeless Love, and continued to release albums until recently.

She has also been Arirang TV’s host for After School Club for seven years in a row.

With her musical ability and global influence, Warner Music Korea and fans are excited to see what she has in store next.

Other artists that are under Warner Music include Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, and more.
