Police Release Preliminary Autopsy Results For Sulli

Police have revealed the results from Sulli’s autopsy.

Police have released results from Sulli’s autopsy and have confirmed that there were no signs of possible homicide.

On October 16, the Seongnam police conducted the autopsy from 9-11AM KST at the National Institute of Scientific Investigation.

The result of the first autopsy confirmed that no other charges of external force or pressure were to be found.

Based on the statements made by close people about her depression symptoms as well as the absence of other criminal allegations such as signs of outside invasion, police believe that Sulli’s choice to take her own life was the cause of death.

It will take some time before the police will receive results to drug tests as well as other precise findings from the autopsy.

The Seongnam police previously requested an autopsy warrant for Sulli. They were able to proceed with the autopsy after receiving consent from family members.
