(★BREAKING) Leeteuk Says Jonghyun Visited Him In A Dream, And Delivered A Message

Leeteuk received a visit from Jonghyun in his dreams, shortly after his passing.
Since Jonghyun‘s sudden death, many of his close friends have been leaving messages for him. From SHINee members to other SM Entertainment artists, they have all grieved in their own ways.
Now, Super Junior‘s Leeteuk has shared his own message, explaining that Jonghyun had visited him in a dream, the day before the funeral.
Nobody could say they knew everything about you. No one was close enough for you to share everything with.
For the next while, I’m going to have to think hard about how lonely, angry and sad you had to be…why you made your final choice in the end and what you were trying to tell everyone who was left behind.
I’m sorry I couldn’t hold the hand that you reached out for me to hold harder. Because of this, my heart hurts even more.
The weight you were carrying was too much to handle for just being a celebrity. And you couldn’t do anything because you came too far to give anything up.
The day before I sent you off, you came to my dreams to tell me that I need to be happier, smiling brightly. I can still see that smile clearly in my head.
Leeteuk then talks about his own battle with depression, and how at one point he thought it would be better to die. He discusses how difficult it was in the military and opens up for the first time ever, about his deep struggles with life.
Everyone goes through hardship and sadness and you can’t compare who has it worse. To each person their emotion and situation could be the hardest to handle. I suffered from severe depression and I spent everyday thinking that it would be better to die then breathe on.
In the military they probably thought that I was putting on a show and that made things harder for me to handle. I spent 1 year enduring all that, so I know that if [Jonghyun] had even a little bit of an outlet, it would have been better….It’s Christmas and the word Christmas miracle rings in my heart.
From now, it’s important that we live happier I hope everyone makes all of their days as special as Christmas.
