Seo Kang-Joon plays both a human and a robot in this highly-anticipated, science fiction K-Drama. As a human, he plays the son of a wealthy family who falls into a coma, following a tragic accident. His brain scientist mother (played by Kim Sung-Ryoung) uses her expertise on artificial intelligence to create an android that looks exactly like him, in order to prevent her son from losing his position as heir to the family’s business. A bodyguard (played by Kong Seung-Yeon) is tasked with protecting him from all those who wish him to harm him.
Fans of other robot dramas such as I Am Not A Robot may also find themselves falling in love with Are You Human?.
2. Life On Mars
Life on Mars follows a time-traveling detective who finds himself transported back to 1988. The key to returning to the present lies in solving a series of 1980s serial murders. To do this, the scientifically-minded detective joins forces with a detective who relies on his instincts, and an ace investigator who dreams of becoming a star detective.
This crime drama is based on a successful 2006 UK show of the same name, and stars Jung Kyung-ho, Park Sung-woong, Go Ah-sung, Oh Dae-hwan, and Noh Jong-hyun. Fans of other time traveling crime dramas like God’s Gift: 14 Days and Signal are sure to love Life on Mars.
3. Wok of Love
If you love food and romance, then this kitchen-based drama is for you. Wok of Love follows the lives of three very different employees who all work at the same shabby Chinese restaurant. Junho (2PM) plays a top-level chef who has fallen from grace, Jang Hyuk plays an ex-gangster who now runs the restaurant, and Jung Ryeo-won plays the daughter of a bankrupt CEO. How will the story between these three cooks play out? You’ll have to watch to find out!

4. About Time
This fantasy romance drama stars Lee Sung Kyung as Choi Michaela, a musical actress with the ability to see the lifespan clocks of the people around her. She meets Lee Do ha (Lee Sang-yoon), a man who also has a special, supernatural ability; he can stop time.

5. What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?
Park Seo Joon stars opposite to Park Min Young in this romantic comedy based on Jung Kyung-yoon‘s web novel. Park Seo Joon plays a narcissistic vice-president who doesn’t listen to anything his secretary (Park Min Young) has to say. After nine years of working for this egomaniac, the secretary quits, but he just can’t seem to get the message.
